How can architects build a new world of sustainable beauty? By learning from nature. At TEDSalon in London, Michael Pawlyn describes three habits of nature that could transform architecture and society: radical resource efficiency, closed loops, and drawing energy from the sun.
The answer to that question my friend is real convoluted:
1. We’re not as smart as smart as we like to think we are.
2. We respond best to science and people with authority. Example: Humanity seems to have a collective consciousness that wants to believe in amazing things but we need concrete proof. We now have that proof.
3. There have always been mitigating factors in pushing humanity towards this sustainable path. Things like Big Business and Central Banking which have had the means for a long time to suppress access to this knowledge through their power and manipulation of the media.
4. Internet = Freedom of speech – And we can now share these simple truths with everyone
